FOXTROT International (FOXTROT) is committed to helping meet the growing energy needs of Côte d’Ivoire. One of the key pillars to achieve this goal is the operational readiness of the production tool.
The Maintenance department is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Foxtrot International’s equipment and facilities by optimising maintenance costs. This mission is divided into three (3) main axes:
- Preventive maintenance: to keep production, safety and environmental protection equipment and installations in good working order with the minimum of possible breakdowns.
- Curative maintenance: to restore the correct functioning of equipment as soon as possible after a malfunction.
- Making modifications and improvements to increase the reliability or maintainability of equipment.
To achieve this, the maintenance department uses proven tools/methods such as CMMS, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, non-destructive testing (NDT), remote maintenance, etc... , which help to reduce malfunctions and production downtime.
Maintenance at FOXTROT is divided into four (5) core occupations:
- Electricity/CLA

- Automation
- Turbocompression and turbo generation
Specific assistance needs are covered through contracts with manufacturers or external service providers.
