Our quality commitments
Since its creation in 1999, FOXTROT International has been constantly concerned with the satisfaction of its customers in the Electricity Sector, which has allowed it to consolidate its leading position in the supply of natural gas in Côte d'Ivoire.
To perpetuate this position and in a concern for continuous improvement of its performance, Foxtrot has chosen to integrate quality into its management system and has embarked on a certification process.
In January 2013, Foxtrot built its management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO-9001 Standard version 2008.
In October 2014, our efforts and our requirements on our management system were rewarded by obtaining ISO 9001 certification.
In October 2015, follow-up audit No. 1 confirmed the certification of the quality management system.
Continuous improvement is integrated into Foxtrot's culture and each employee makes it their leitmotif. This recurring process of enriching the management system helps improve the company's overall performance and achieve our objectives.
Our environmental commitments
The prevention of environmental risks is at the heart of our environmental approach.
To control the impacts of its activity, FOXTROT International does everything possible to eliminate the risk of accidental release through preventive maintenance and periodic inspections of its facilities. Regular measurements of its effluents allow monitoring the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
In order to perpetuate the effectiveness of environmental management, in December 2010, Foxtrot decided to implement a management system that complies with the provisions of the ISO 14001 version 2004 standard.
Its deployment across the entire scope of its activities led to obtaining ISO 14001 certification in October 2014.
Our social commitment
A company's Human Capital is precious. Ensuring the physical integrity of its staff and service providers is our priority.
FOXTROT International implements an active policy of hygiene/health, safety and prevention of workplace accidents for all of its activities. To this end, they are conducted in compliance with the following principles:
- Safety and prevention of accidents at work take priority over production, sales or profitability requirements. All injuries and illnesses caused by work are avoidable.
- There are no circumstances or situations in the company that warrant exposure to dangerous situations.
- Each employee is responsible, for themselves and for others, for safety and prevention of accidents at work.
In October 2014, the compliance of the environmental management system was recognized and resulted in certification according to the OHSAS-18001 version 2007 standard.
