capacity of its production facilities.
This reliability is made possible by the dedication of its staff. Because our men and women are our greatest asset, it is crucial for the company to ensure that they work in an environment where occupational health and safety are central to management’s priorities, in accordance with the requirements of our ISO 45001 certification.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Committee (CSST) conducted a tour of our facilities at the Vridi-East site on August 16, 2026, to :
Observe daily work processes, including their constraints and challenges.
Identify hidden risks (falls, noise, hazardous materials, or workplace stress).
Gather feedback from teams regarding their working conditions.
To ensure that safety rules are properly followed by the teams and that protective equipment is used in accordance with standards.
To provide advice, raise awareness, or propose corrective actions to improve safety on the site.
Overall, we found the site to be generally well-maintained and the staff to be committed and motivated.
